All Glendora High School 9th and 10th grade students have access to 24 hour, 7 days a week free online tutoring through tutor.com. Click on the icon above for immediate access. Students will need their student ID number which is listed on their student ID card or can be found through the AERIES portal.
Yearbook distribution will take place on Wednesday, May 18th for ALL students. More information will be coming soon. Yearbook will also be selling autograph pages for $3 from May 9th- May 13th in front of room 105 at tutorial and lunch so that you can get a jump start on getting your yearbook signed by friends.

Baccalaureate will be held in the Event Center on Sunday, May 22 at 5:00 p.m. Seniors arrive at 4:45 p.m. The ceremony lasts approximately one hour. Boys-Dress slacks, shirt, tie and dress shoes. Girls-Dress or dressy pants and dress shoes. Caps and Gowns MUST BE worn to Baccalaureate. Caps and gowns will be distributed on May 19 during senior check out.
The total summer school session runs May 31, 2016- July 1, 2016
First session- May 31- June 15
Second session -June 16- July 1
Applications will be mailed home during spring break.
Graduation will be held on Wednesday, May 25 at Citrus College Stadium at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are required for admission. Every senior student will receive 8 tickets during Senior Check-out on Thursday, May 19. Additional tickets may be purchased on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 in the Student Store. Tickets prices are $5.00 each [cash only]. Parents, please open the Senior Letter 2016 below for detailed information.
No balloons or signs will be allowed into the stadium.

Important Reminders from GHS
Reminder for students and parents that GHS has a tutorial period available period from 8:05am until 8:30am for students to get extra help in their classes. All students are expected to access the tutorial period if they are earning a "C" grade or below, have missed a portion or all of a class period or need extra assistance from their teacher.
Foothill Credit Union 2016 College Bound Scholarship
Foothill Credit Union will award $2,000 scholarships to select Money$mart and MoneyBound members who are pursuing a college education. Applicants must be entering their freshman or sophomore year of college. If chosen, the award will be paid directly to the recipient on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Foothill's Annual Meeting. Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest
The Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest awards up to $5,000.00. Students can access the application through the link or in Mrs. Norell's Office. Applications are due by Tuesday, January 26, 2016 to Mrs. Norell, local competition is scheduled for Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Click here for information regarding the contest.
Dan Stover Memorial Rotary Music Competition
This music competition is open to high school seniors who live or attend school in Glendora. Students will perform using a musical instrument for a maximum eight minutes (minimum of four minutes). Applications are due to Mrs. Norell's office no later than Wednesday, March 9, 2016. The local contest will take place on March 25th, with additional competition levels occurring in April and May. ACSA Oratory Contest
Region XV of ACSA is holding a speech contest in the GHS Event Center on February 11, 2016 at 3:00pm. The three minute speech will focus on "Connect, Collaborate, Cultivate".
