The PSAT Exam will be administered to 11th grade students enrolled in an honors or AP level course on October 10, 2018 during the school day.  The PSAT is an excellent predictor of areas of strength and weakness for the SAT exam.  For questions concerning the adminstration of the PSAT at GHS please contact our Testing Technician, Gina Poillucci at (626) 963-5731 ext. 299.

Tartan University is proud to present College and Career Day on September 26, 2018.  Students and staff throughout the GUSD are encouraged to wear a shirt from their favorite college or university.  Then at 6:00pm festivities will begin with a keynote speaker, Paul Kanarek from Collegewise, who will discuss the new Tartan University program as well as discuss the latest changes and updates to college admission.  Finally, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm the GHS gym will host the College and Career Fair.  Don't miss out on this wonderful event.

School begins on August 15, 2018, with the First Day of the Semester listed on the Bell Schedule flyer attached below.  Registration begins on August 7 for seniors and juniors; August 8 for sophomores and freshmen and a makeup day on August 9. Please click on the August Registration flyer below for the order of registration based on grade level and last name. 

 

A letter outlining the online registration process from Glendora Unified  School District will be mailed soon.  This letter outlines the registration process.  For assistance or questions with the online process, please email support@glendora.k12.ca.us

If you cannot attend registration at your designated time you may have a relative or friend register for you.   The following must be submitted at the time of registration in order to register.

  • Signed Confirmation Page
  • ASB Card, Yearbook, P.E. clothes, locks and  Tartan Shield are items available for purchase online [credit card only] at the Glendora High School website Home Page under Student Store.  If purchased online, please bring your receipt to registration for proof of purchase.  Items can also be purchased during registration with cash, credit card or check made payable to GHS. 

If you have difficulty with the registration process, you may come to the College Career Center on Monday, August 6th from 1:00-5:00 p.m.

 

Students unable to attend registration may have their picture taken on August 29 or September 26 from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. in the Event Center.

 

Link Crew Freshman Orientation - August 10 at 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. in the Gym.

  • Each graduate will be issued eight [8] tickets on May.25th at Senior Check out.
  • Additional tickets may be purchased in the Student Store on May 25 beginning at 1:00 p.m.; May 29 from 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ; May 30 in the Student Store from 7:30- 3:30 and May 30 at Citrus Stadium beginning at 4:30 p.m. @ the Home Gate.
  • The gates open at 4:30 p.m.  Guests should arrive no later than 5:30 p.m.  The ceremony begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. and lasts approximately 1 hour.
  • Please allow sufficient time to enter the stadium and acquire seating before 6:00 p.m.
  • Guests are encouraged to utilize both north and south parking lot entrances.
  • Tickets for disabled seating may be obtained through Mr. Spengler's Office [ext. 235].  It is highly recommended that disabled guests enter the Home gate.
  • At the conclusion of the ceremony, parents are welcome to greet their graduate at the event area, west of the main field.
  • No balloons, signs, noisemakers, whistles or air horns will be allowed into the stadium.
  • Senior cap and gown panoramic photo will be taken during the commencement morning practice on May 30.  Cost is $25.00
  • Graduate Diploma Photo-  Photo will be taken on May 30 as the graduate receives his/her diploma crossing the stage.  The cost of this is based on your order.  All question regarding photos, please contact Lee Spengler's office at extension 235/236.
  • L and H Videographers-  Graduation DVD/Blu-Ray.  To order, click on the link below for the order form.   In addition, L and H Videographers will be stationed at each entrance to Citrus College Stadium on May 30.

The fall drive is for Juniors and Seniors only. Students must sign up for transcripts in room 212 or during Club Week. Club Week will take place in the gym during lunch.  Many clubs will be represented  Students are encouraged to attend this event and sign up for their favorite club(s).
