Dear Parents

Hello! Last month, we emailed your school to let you all know that a link for your website would be available this season that allows your senior parents to preregister their contact information with us prior to graduation. I wanted to inform you that the link is now available and ready to download! We are excited about this new service. We know from past survey responses that the parents of your graduates are anxious for any information about graduation photos and they want to feel confident that they will receive the proofs of their students.

To download the specific link for Glendora High School, please follow these steps:

1. Please visit www.gradtrak.com.
2. Click on Confirm an Upcoming Event.
3. Type in Access Code: 1951 Password: 454770
4. Click Preregister (this is found on the second bar across the top of the webpage)
5. Follow the instructions to download the specific html for your school.
6. The process of "Confirm your Event" is intended for the graduation coordinator at your school. If you also fill that role, please feel free to follow these steps as well. Otherwise, please allow the Graduation Coordinator at your school to communicate this information to us. Thank you for your understanding!
