I grew up in Covina and graduated from Northview High School in 1987. I attended Cal Poly, Pomona and earned a B.A. in English and Behavioral Science in 1991. I then earned my M.A. from Azusa Pacific University in Pupil Personnel Services and received a school counseling credential. I have worked in the Glendora Unified School district since 1993. I taught English at Goddard Middle School for 3 years; I taught English at Glendora High for 3 years. I have been a guidance counselor at GHS since 1999. I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, shopping, and spending time with my husband John and my two sons, Bryce and Braydon.
Kathy Salle and I share a caseload for all students whose last names begin with the letters Hi - Mg. Our office hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. I work on Mondays, Thursdays, and alternate Tuesdays. Mrs. Salle works Wednesdays, Fridays, and alternate Tuesdays. We have job-shared our counseling position since 1999.
