Welcome Mr. Matthew Brummett GHS Principal

Announcement from Dr. Dominic DiGrazia, Assistant Superintendent, Personnel Services
 It is my pleasure to announce that Mr. Matthew Brummett has been selected to be the next Principal at Glendora High School, effective July 1st.   
He comes to us from Walnut Valley USD, where he has spent his entire educational career in a number of increasingly responsible roles, most recently serving as Diamond Bar High School's Assistant Principal.  Prior to that he was Diamond Bar's Instructional Dean as well as an Assistant Principal at Suzanne Middle School.  He was initially hired as a Social Science teacher at Diamond Bar, and was the Head Girls Varsity Soccer Coach there for several years.
Matthew graduated with a BA in Sociology from UC Irvine, and earned his MA in teaching with the Anteaters as well.  He cleared his administrative credential at UCLA, and is currently enrolled in the doctoral program at Azusa Pacific University.
Matthew comes to GUSD as a highly respected and regarded collaborator and has a passion and dedication to high school students, their families, and his colleagues.
